AHCCCS Contracts
The primary responsibility of the Contracts section is to
ensure that all AHCCCS solicitations and contract awards are
conducted according to the Arizona State Procurement Code and
AHCCCS Policy and Rules.
RFPs: In general, a Request for Proposal (RFP) is used
to solicit competitive sealed proposals from prospective offerors
for services expected to exceed an aggregate amount of $50,000.
IFBs: An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is most commonly used
to solicit competitive sealed bids from prospective bidders for
goods expected to exceed an aggregate amount of $50,000.
