On January 1, 2006, Medicare Rx, also called Medicare
Part D, began offering prescription drug coverage to all
people with Medicare.
This Web page is intended to provide important information
to Medicare-eligible Arizonans who depend on AHCCCS
(Medicaid) for their health care or drug coverage needs.
Additionally, we have also included information for
providers and community organizations that will help AHCCCS
members during this transition to the Medicare Rx program.
