KidsCare (Arizona's State Children's Health Insurance Program)
provides medical coverage for children who have had no
health insurance for the last three months.

The monthly income
limit is $3,534 for a
family of four.

monthly premium is charged. It ranges from $10 to
$25 a month for one
child or $15 to $35 a month for two or more
children.

There
is no limit on the resources or property that may be
owned.

An individual may apply for this program by mail. No
office visit or interview is required.
