Administration of Seasonal Flu and Pneumococcal Vaccines to Adults

Effective for dates of service on and after March 11, 2011, AHCCCS registered pharmacies will be reimbursed $4.10 for seasonal flu and pneumococcal vaccines and anaphylaxis agents administered by licensed pharmacists within the scope of their practice.

340B Program Dispensing Fee

Effective for dates of service on and after April 11, 2012, Federally Qualified Health Center pharmacies will be reimbursed $8.75 for claims for drugs which are identified in the 340B pricing file.
