Soliciting Public Comments for ALTCS RFP
The State of Arizona Medicaid Program, the Arizona Health Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is scheduled to release
the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) Request for Proposals (RFP) in early 2011 for managed care contracts beginning
October 1, 2011 (CY2012). AHCCCS is providing these forms so you may provide your comments for consideration. Although
all comments submitted will be considered, due to federal and state regulations, all input received may not be
incorporated into the program.
