Overview of the Community Partner Organizations' Role

Over 40 Contracted Community Partner Organizations in more than 150 locations throughout the State help Arizonans apply online for AHCCCS Health Insurance, KidsCare, Nutrition Assistance (formerly Food Stamps) and TANF Cash Assistance, using Health-e-Arizona.

Trained application assistors from these organizations complete Health-e-Arizona applications during an interactive interview process. Applicants only need to sign the application at the end and provide supporting documentation. The application assistors submit all verification documents to Health-e-Arizona electronically and track the outcome of the application.

Become a Contracted Health-e-Arizona Community Partner

Organizations sign a subscription agreement with AHCCCS in order to be able to use the system. Modest subscription fees are charged to pay for the hosting, maintenance, and enhancement of the system. Initial and ongoing training is provided free of charge by the Health-e-Arizona Training Team.
