The Purchasing & Assistance Collaborative for Electronic Health Records, PACeHR (pronounced "pacer") is a non-profit organization incorporated June 12, 2009 to accelerate EHR adoption by leveraging web-based technologies, economies of scale and strategic partnering. PACeHR
will target small and medium-sized practices and is open to all licensed
clinicians.
