Cost Sharing Report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC)
AHCCCS was required to report to the
Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC) on new or additional cost sharing measures that could be implemented. The Report primarily discusses strategies that had a chance of approval by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

The Hospital Inpatient Outlier Claims Report presents AHCCCS findings concerning the increase from 2001 to 2004 in the percent of inpatient claims that are now being paid as outliers to hospitals.
