AHCCCS Contractor Operations Manual (ACOM)

ACOM Cover Page The purpose of the ACOM is to consolidate and provide ease of access to the Administrative, Claims, Financial, and Operational Policies of the AHCCCS Administration.

The ACOM Manual applies to all Arizona Acute Care, Long Term Care (ALTCS), and Children's Rehabilitation Services (CRS) Contractors, in addition to other entities that have a contract or intergovernmental agreement with AHCCCS to provide covered services. This manual also applies to subcontractors who are delegated responsibilities under a contract. As necessary, the policies within the manual specify the applicability to specific Contractors.

Note: Due to challenges to the award for Solicitation ADHS 13-00002257, the implementation effective date of the Integrated RBHA, originally scheduled for October 1, 2013, will be April 1, 2014.
