MES Modernization Update: October 2026
November 2, 2026
As we move through the final weeks of the year, AHCCCS remains focused on making our processes simpler, more efficient, and easier to navigate for everyone we serve and work with. One important part of that effort is continuing to modernize the systems and tools that support our daily operations.
AHCCCS Solutions Center Updates
AHCCCS continues its effort to consolidate services onto a single enterprise platform. By moving processes into the AHCCCS Solutions Center, powered by ServiceNow, the agency continues to reduce reliance on multiple systems, eliminate duplicate work, and simplify how requests are submitted, tracked, and managed. Centralizing these services not only improves visibility into request status but also creates a consistent experience for employees, support teams across the organization and our external partners.
AHCCCS's vision is to become a fully integrated ServiceNow organization, reducing waste, lowering operational costs, and maximizing the value of existing technology investments while delivering better experiences for internal and external users.
H.R.1
AHCCCS, together with community partners from across the state, announced the launch of KeepMyAHCCCS.com, a new online resource designed to help members, stakeholders, advocates, providers, and community partners understand federal Medicaid work requirements established under H.R.1, Section 71119, which take effect January 1, 2027.
As the new requirements could affect nearly 417,000 AHCCCS members statewide, making access to clear, accurate, and timely information critical for individuals and families across Arizona was critical.
KeepMyAHCCCS.com now serves as AHCCCS’s primary public source for information, updates, and educational resources related to implementation of the federal requirements. Members can visit the site today to help determine whether the requirements might apply to them, learn about exemptions, and confirm that their contact information on file with AHCCCS is current, so they receive notices when the requirements begin.
The website offers a comprehensive collection of resources designed to help members navigate the changes, including:
- An interactive screener to help individuals understand whether the requirements may apply to them
- Details about exemptions and other circumstances that may affect eligibility, including exemptions for parents and caregivers of dependent children, people with disabilities or medical conditions, students, and other categories
- Information about reporting requirements
- Frequently asked questions and educational materials
- Downloadable outreach and communication resources
- Information and tools for providers, community organizations, advocates, and other stakeholders
- Resources to help members meet work requirements, including connections to ARIZONA@WORK, job training, education, and volunteer opportunities, as confirmed
- Regular updates as additional federal guidance and implementation information becomes available
KeepMyAHCCCS.com was designed to be mobile-friendly and accessible, recognizing that many AHCCCS members primarily access information through smartphones and other mobile devices. The website also includes bilingual support to better serve Arizona’s diverse communities.
The launch of the website marks a significant milestone in AHCCCS’s statewide education and outreach efforts related to H.R.1 implementation. AHCCCS will continue to work with the partners who helped build the campaign, along with health plans, providers, community organizations, advocacy groups, and other partners statewide to ensure information reaches members where they are.
