Pre-Application Conference Details
Date: July 31st, 2026
Time: 1:00 – 2:30 PM MST
Format: Virtual, Via Zoom
Registration: Registration is required. Please register in advance, Arizona Rural Health Transformation Program RFGAs
The pre-application conference will provide an overview of the funding opportunities, review applicant eligibility, funding tiers, application requirements, and key timelines, and provide an opportunity for prospective applicants to ask questions before submitting an application.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the conference.
Funding Opportunity Overview
Rural Health Innovative Care Pilot Program intends to increase long-term access points to rural health care for preventive, specialty, and primary care services by piloting innovative care models and technologies, and alternative payment approaches.
Technical Assistance for Operational & Fiscal Performance aims to provide resources for targeted technical assistance to rural organizations for operational improvement, financial management, and network administration.
These investments are intended to strengthen the long-term capacity and sustainability of Arizona's rural health system by expanding access to innovative models of care, enhancing organizational and financial capabilities, and fostering integrated, community-based rural health networks that improve health outcomes.
