AHCCCS is experiencing a system outage due to a downed power line. This is affecting the agency’s business operations such as member and provider enrollments. Applications may continue to be submitted; however, information on the status for applications, eligibility, claims, and prior authorizations are not currently available. We are working diligently with our vendor to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
