Members, Families, and Providers: AHCCCS needs your input!

We are asking AHCCCS members, their families, and registered providers to submit questions about various evidence-based practices that support health outcomes.

Please ask your anonymous questions about:

• Assertive Community Treatment (ACT),
• Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH),
• Supported Employment (SE), and
• Consumer Operated Services (COS).

We want to know how these practices affect members and providers and how the Medicaid program can better incorporate them into service delivery.

Ask as many questions as you have! The survey does not limit the number of responses.

Then, tune into a series of hour-long sessions hosted by WICHE subject matter experts to hear answers to your questions. Please register in advance by clicking the links below.

• Consumer Operated Services: 11 a.m., Thursday, May 20

AHCCCS has contracted with the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), a national expert in the four SAMHSA evidence-based practices, to provide training and fidelity monitoring.
