Vendor Registration

The vendor registration process is available for all vendors, potential contractors or interested parties who wish to be notified of Statewide and AHCCCS contracting opportunities as they become available. AHCCCS frequently pulls vendor notification lists from the APP website for our agency specific contracting opportunities so it is recommended that interested parties register with this system. To register, go to the Arizona Procurement Portal (“APP”) website. For any questions regarding the vendor registration process in APP, please call 602-542-7600, app@azdoa.gov. AHCCCS cannot troubleshoot vendor registration issues in APP.

Though this solicitation will be published on the AHCCCS public website (this page), and will be managed outside of the APP system, the final contract award will be loaded into APP for payment. Therefore, any awarded vendor shall be registered in the APP system. Additionally, vendors seeking new business should be registered in APP in order to receive notification for open bidding opportunities.
