AHCCCS is experiencing a system outage due to a downed power line. This is affecting the agency’s business operations such as member and provider enrollments. Applications may continue to be submitted; however, information on the status for applications, eligibility, claims, and prior authorizations are not currently available. We are working diligently with our vendor to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
Other agencies are reporting similar issues. The estimated time for the restoration of services is 4:00 PM Arizona Mountain Standard Time. For further updates, continue to monitor this site. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the situation!
