Pre-Proposal Conference: August 11, 2026 12:00 – 4:00 PM
- PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED DUE TO ROOM SIZE
- NOTE: This Pre-Proposal Conference is limited to prospective Offerors only. Due to space considerations, attendance is limited to a maximum of three (3) representatives per Offeror. In an effort to accommodate as many attendees as possible, AHCCCS is updating the conference location. It will be held in downtown Phoenix, with exact address and parking information to be provided with confirmation of your registration no later than Monday 8/10/26. We have very limited space so it is imperative that prospective Offerors register in order to accommodate.
